An individual may contribute up to $2,300 for the Primary Election and up to $2,300 for the General Election for a total of $4,600 (or $9,200 per couple.)  A Multi-Candidate PAC may contribute up to $5,000 for the Primary Election and up to $5,000 for the General Election.  Federal law prohibits contributions to the campaign from the general treasury funds of a corporation (including corporate or other business entity credit cards).  Unincorporated partners, who are not Foreign Nationals must provide with their contribution a written statement listing the names of the contributing partners and the amount to be attributed to each.  Contributions to LoBiondo for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  Campaigns may not accept contributions from foreign nationals.
